For Documentation Control Support services in the Capital Projects. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree and two to three (2-3) years of exposure in document control within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
• Bilingual, Spanish and English 
• Experience in:
  • Capital Projects.
  • SAP
  • MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Approving and reviewing documents.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Manage and update documentation tool to provide daily metrics (Plan vs Actual) by work stream.
• Update documentation forecast based on the latest schedule. Gather and communicate documentation daily status. Calculate documentation progress.
• Submit documentation next week look ahead by work stream.
• Attend Documentation/Project meetings - As requested.
• Follow up on Documentation Reviewers/Approvers - Daily (per established SLAs)
• Establish and update monthly documentation workload by work stream.
• Upload documents for review/approval. Review/approve controlled documentation as a Data Verifier. Request/upload completed documentation to the e-Builder platform for reference.
