Job Title: Document Control Consultant

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
The role is set up the technical aspects of the org's cross-functional intake and reporting system via Smartsheets; as well as linking that work to an executive calendar to create visibility and insight into the projects that the GTM and Sales Enablement team are working via Smartsheets Calendar app.

• Design custom intake and queue; as well as project management tracker via Smartsheets

• Design reporting dashboards via Smartsheet

• Develops and maintains systems documentation.

• Proficiency across a variety of software applications and computer systems (ie. Smartsheets, Excel, Google Suite)

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
advance smartsheets skills, advanced excel/google sheets for calculations and coding; and 3-5 years of experience or range for each outlined required skill.
