Document Controller

As a Document Controller, you will manage and organize documentation for various supply chain management systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. You'll create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), protocols, and data quality catalogs, while participating in operational and governance meetings. Additionally, you'll recommend innovative solutions, deliver training to educate partners on detailed procedures

What will you own?

• Collect and register all project documents such as test reports.
• Review and updates documents for maintenance and quality control
• Maintains records of documents comments
• Handles records across various departments
• Keeps all stakeholders updated on new documents revisions
• Creates templates for general use
• Scans and uploads documents according to company procedure
• Process, Copy, print and distribute documents as necessary

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree. Ideally in Engineering.
• Previous relevant experience as document Controller or assistant controller or equivalent experience
• Strong communication, self motivational, and customer service skills
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality· 
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.
• Analytical skills
• Industry experience with a global manufacturer a plus

• Fluent English minimum Level C1
• Technical aptitude for problem solving and issue resolution
• Hybrid working with 3 days from our office in Krakow.
