Job Description

Support of return mail process including:

• Opening and scanning of returned mail
• Facilitation of OCR process to create files of those participants with return mail
• Development of central sharepoint to maintain all return mail data
• Formatting and processing of Better Address search for returned mail
• Coordination of 17AD-17 Better address search mailing
• Coordination of storage of all undeliverable mail
• Documentation of process and procedures for return mail process
• Respond to requests from Call Center related to Stock Plan participant’s Statements and Tax Slips
• Review, print and mail physical documents (statements, tax forms, etc.) for Stock Plan participants who are unable to access the website
