Document & Graphic Support Specialist
Job Description
Core responsibilities include :
- Create and revise images, drawings, presentations, graphics, etc. using software and hardware applications
- Advise on efficient and appropriate options for visuals and communication of information
- Keep current on computer software and document production techniques
- Manage and complete projects, data, and jobs efficiently and accurately
- Enter billable time as needed
- Scan and clean documents
Skills needed :
- Perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) in Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of the patent application process and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office filing standards
- Advanced knowledge of MS Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Visio, ChemBioDraw Ultra, CD Entry, and Best Authority
- Ability to perform tape transcription
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Flexible attitude and the ability to deal with changing assignments and priorities
Educational & Work Requirements :
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience required; preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Degree: High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred in a business-related field of study
- Schedule: Hybrid
- Vaccination Policy: COVID vaccination required (no booster needed)
