Job Title: Document Management Associate (Freshers/ entry-level welcome to apply)

Location: Hamilton NJ

Work Schedule: M-F 8-4:30

Position may include one or more of the following, but is not limited to:

• Greeting Staff and Guests
• Receive incoming packages.
• Faxing, e-mailing, or scanning documentation as instructed.
• Print, sort, and match documents.
• Mail documents as needed.
• Monitor email boxes and process requests.
• Sorting, looking up, and counting various documents.
• Making overhead pages as needed.
• Data Entry

Required Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments.
• Organizational skills
• Detail Oriented
• Microsoft Word & Outlook

Preferred Requirements:

• Telephone /Communication skills, Intermediate level.
• Excel, Intermediate level or higher
• Microsoft office (Word & Outlook), Intermediate level or higher

Copying, Faxing, Scanning 1+ years
