Document Management Associate II
Job Description

Position includes the following Essential Tasks:
- Create Packets for Mailing
- Fold letters and stuff envelopes.
- Faxing, emailing, or scanning documentation as instructed.
- Opens incoming mail and processes it accordingly.
- Sorting, looking up, and counting various documents.
- Receives, identifies, and delivers incoming packages internally.
- Send UPS Packages as instructed.
- Opens, sorts and processes returned mail.
- Monitor shared email boxes and "Return to Sender" workflow.
- Send outgoing mail from Document Mgmt. email box.
Position also includes one or more of the following, but is not limited to :
- Cover Reception desk as needed.
- Prints and sends EOB's as instructed.
- Monitor Billing e-mail box and process accordingly.
- Meter Mail and maintain Meter Machine reports.
- Print outgoing letters using Automate program.
- Run and Maintain Folder Inserter machine.
- Receive, log and process incoming Certified mail.
- Process outgoing IME letters
- Process outgoing IME Certified letter
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task *
- Ability to follow instructions*
- Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments*
- Light Data entry. *
- Organizational skills *
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Preferred Requirements:
- Microsoft Office & Outlook, entry level or higher
