Document Processing Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:

Accurately and efficiently enter documents into the electronic storage system for easy retrieval. This includes indexing (data entry), preparing, and scanning documents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for scanning invoices
• Inserts bar code dividers between documents
• Indexes invoices
• Responsible for accurate batch totals
• Maintain scanner
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Regular and reliable attendance required
• Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General technical knowledge including the ability to perform basic computer and copying functions
• Must be self-motivated, able to maintain a high level of accuracy in a repetitive task, and a team player
