Role Summary

We are looking for Document Processing Specialist to innovate, win and grow with us in Washington, DC! This is a hybrid position.

As a member of the Business Process Outsourcing Team you will support a process that helps our clients to accelerate the rate of indexing images into their NexusPayables site. The work requires strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.This position is unique in that you are directly enabling our clients to use our products as efficiently as possible. 

How you’ll contribute:

• Index documents according to outlined process and procedures
• Process invoices and maintain accuracy levels guaranteed in client SLAs
• Participate in communication among the team to improve processes
• Ensure that process and client documentation is maintained
• Deliver and perform against position and team performance metrics

What will make you successful:

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Takes initiative and pride in their work
• High volume data entry experience
• Fast accurate alpha-numeric typing skills
• Willing to adapt and learn new technologies 
• Experience with document imaging software (desired but not required) 
• Needs to be able to meet and/or over exceed in making deadlines
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for any employer
