About the Role:

Documentation Specialist will report to Documentation Specialist Supervisor.

Time: 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Full-time (Non-Exempt)

PAY: TBD

Start Date: TBD

Requirements:

  • Review workflows to verify all required documentation is obtained and accurate.
  • Maintains electronic and hard copies of all controlled documents.
  • Ability to navigate through ERP to analyze material availability and expected material receipt date.
  • Communicate material requirements to Material Handler for Operations areas.
  • Ensure that the correct inventory transactions are taking place in ERP.
  • Ensure that the inventory counts in the Production Floor Cells are correct at all times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, Supply Chain, and sales to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good math, language and reading skills: basic computer skills required.
  • Must be organized.
  • Must have strict attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others: promote a safe work environment.
  • Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
  • Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body positions to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to navigate through ERP to analyze material availability and expected material receipt date.
  • Ensure that the correct inventory transactions are taking place in ERP.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Identify and assist with potential process improvement.
