This role is responsible for working with team members and leaders to support our customer’s experience by ensuring there is clear documentation to support the processes of various teams within Customer Experience at Amplify. Reporting to the Executive Director, Customer Experience Operations, this position requires strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation to effectively manage the knowledge base for the Customer Success, Technical Onboarding, and Support teams. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across Customer Experience teams to define documentation needs and create needed articles in the Knowledge library

  • Review and revise existing documentation for relevance to Customer Experience teams as applicable to the upcoming Ready-for-School season

  • Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of documents by routing them to the appropriate stakeholders for review and feedback

  • Maintain accurate records of document versions, revisions, and updates within the document management system and ensuring that the latest versions are available to relevant stakeholders at all times

  • Manage the distribution of approved documents to internal departments, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and tracking of document dissemination

  • Conduct regular audits of document control processes to ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory and accessibility requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (English, Technical Writing, Computer Science)

  • 8+ years of technical writing experience

  • Familiarity with document management systems and software, such as Google Suites, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar platforms

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document processing and management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising customer satisfaction

  • Strong attention for detail and investigative skills to “connect the dots” across teams and processes

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
