THE POSITION:
The primary function of this position is to review all Medicaid applications for quality assurance and to submit all first submission adjustment applications to various Medicaid programs.Â
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Quality Assurance on all new enrollments/applications auditing for compliance and errors
- Correct applications when appropriate while tracking QA results in Salesforce
- Return non-compliant applications to be corrected
- Prepare all adjustment requests – change in liability requests for submission to Medicaid offices
- Submit all first submissions to the assigned Medicaid offices via e-mail, fax and/or mail
- Send and receive faxes and e-mails
- Address all rejected faxes, e-mails, returned mails and determine correct fax number, e-mail and or address
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 1-3 years of office experience.
- Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred.

- Quality control/Attention to detail — Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Adaptability — Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Dependability — Consistently at work and on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance.
- Able to work in team environment.
Pay Range:
$40,000 - $45,000 Per Year + Full Benefits
