Job Description
As a Documentation Specialist (all genders) you will be responsible for understanding the customer journeys/bank processes defined by our process engineering team, familiarize yourself with the journey and draft the procedures, knowledge articles, how to guides, FAQ documents delivered as part of the process. The role involves co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders to extract the inputs required to draft the documents, review them with the relevant stakeholders and get the sign-off.
Responsibilities:

  • Developing, managing & executing procedure project from initiation through delivery
  • Documenting and translating processes, procedures, how-to-guides, and knowledge guides and publishing them in the central repository or knowledge management tool
  • Collaborating with process engineers, product owners, customer service teams, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to establish the need and terms of procedural changes
  • Working with the change management team and other stakeholders to deliver procedures and how-to-guide changes.
  • Elicit project or initiative requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions etc. and critically evaluate information gathered from those sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding of all procedural changes


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Relevant industry experience in documentation management or record keeping, preferably experience in procedure writing or technical writing
  • Strong analytical and time management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to handle working within strict timelines.
  • Proof reading knowledge to translate the documentation from English to German
  • Accelerated skills in MS Office specially Word documentation.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Procedure documentation / writing experience for Processes within the Operations area.
  • Experience in using company-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with any translation tool or application.
