ELEKS DevOps Office is looking for a Middle Strong/Senior DevOps Engineer who is ready to relocate to Dubai for a short-term involvement (2-4 months).

ABOUT PROJECT

The system is used for internal communication and document exchange between structural units of the organization — across departments and different management levels.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• Linux OS administration, Network administration and analysing 
• On-premise Kubernetes cluster administration 
• Linux containers administration, Docker, ContainerD, Private Registry 
• GitLab Server administration, CI/CD pipelines, k8s integrations 
• Monitoring system based on Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager stack
• VPN and SSH tools 
• Scripting ability with tools like Bash and Python 
• Helm 

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Kafka cluster administration hands-on experience in k8s 
• MongoDB administration 
• PostgreSQL administration 
• Artifactory Nexus experience 
• ELK or EFK centralized logging hands-on experience 
• Jenkins administration 
• Istio, Canary deployments in k8s hands-on experience 
• HTTPS/TLS, SSL certificates management 
• NGINX servers administration

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose and implement DevOps solutions from scratch
• Setup and configure environments from scratch
• Provide CI/CM systems integration and configuration
• Propose and implement deployment solutions
• Help team with configuration and administration tasks
• Develop and implement document setup and configuration instructions, troubleshooting tips
• Conducting assessment and justification of the recommended solutions
• Communicate and approve technical requirements with stakeholders
• Evaluate and justify terms of task completion. Assign tasks to developers, and monitor task implementation.
• Provide training(s) on the project
• Have valid competence-related certifications
