We are currently seeking a DOD Program Analyst to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Job Duties:

• Provide support to Navy Program Office responsible for full life cycle management of undersea defensive weapon systems.
• Supports Engineering Team with document creation and routing documents for approval (e.g. briefs, meeting slides, official correspondence, spreadsheets)
• Provides direct support for Engineering Team's meetings (setting up conference room space, taking meeting minutes, organizing attendee list and coordinating required security documentation)
• Manages high priority living documents for Engineering Team to make regular updates and maintain them ready for delivery to the client in support of major program milestones
  • Collects inputs to maintain Cost Analysis Requirements Descriptions (CARDs) for multiple projects within the program office
  • Works with program cost estimators to ensure that data required from the program office as well as industry partners via CARD supports their needs
  • Maintains Data Trackers for meetings with industry partners supporting the Program Office
• Supports collection of inputs to feed larger Congressional briefs that are managed by other members of the Contractor Support team

Basic Qualifications:

• Secret security clearance required
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 4 years of DoD Acquisition program office experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Excel & Power Point is a plus
• Customer service or client facing experience preferred
