In this role, you will lead the charge with project sponsors, project stakeholders, and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex digital transformation efforts. In other words, you are the GLUE that understands, plans and manages the cross-team interdependencies for complex program launches and new system implementations. Passionate about solving problems, building relationships, and realizing value, the Program Manager will lead the way for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Cask successfully meets client milestones, objectives, and key outcomes. Examples of program goals could be focused around people, process, and tools concerning IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Strategic Portfolio Management, Workplace Service Delivery, Security Operations, Governance Risk and Compliance, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Organizational Change Management, and/or custom application development and implementation.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead (and galvanize into action) cross-functional teams in the delivery of high-visibility, complex projects that meet technology and business requirements on time and within budget
- Manage escalations and remediations, providing direction and clear communication, generation of solution alternatives, and defined actionable plans
- Work with all stakeholders to identify and continually evaluate program resources needed throughout the project lifecycle
- Performance management of all resources assigned to the engagement, promoting a team culture of continuous feedback to affirm the highest possible team performance and outcomes
- Develop/manage/maintain comprehensive, accurate program/project plans and schedules, estimation, forecasting, planning, analysis, meeting facilitation, variance analysis, and status reporting for the program
- Lean in to opportunities to create new value through understanding client's business and their current and future state needs; generate excitement about their roadmap and path toward the future
- Together with the project team and the AE, drive high CSAT scores and repeat business
- Proactively identify and resolve program and project risks and issues, keeping client and Cask team on track while adhering to scope, budget and timeline
- Ensure that projects and programs are delivered within expected margins, on time and within budget
What you'll bring to the table:
- Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance (and be able to maintain)
- 7 or more years of experience managing large cross-functional IT projects as an Engagement Manager
- 7 or more years of experience managing large cross-functional IT projects as an Engagement Manager, with at least 2 years managing multiple, concurrent, client-facing enterprise software deployment engagements supporting DoD

- Expert-level understanding of software quality assurance processes and methodologies
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in an environment of competing interests and limited resources
- High internal expectations for what is possible and the ability to bring others along on that journey
- Ability to work at the strategy level and in the details from one minute to the next - you're equally excited about both rolling up your sleeves to get something done and reflecting on the big picture
- When faced with juggling priorities, you are able to identify the glass balls and adeptly delegate when necessary
- Natural curiosity about technology, people, business, and digital transformation
- Adaptable to change and hungry to consume new information and ideas
- Sound business acumen, and ability to communicate in a timely and professional manner with employees at all levels of organizations
