Dog Treats Customer Manager

Job Description:

The Dog Treats Customer Manager serves as the face of the company to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders that unlock mutual profitable growth for Mars and Walmart. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering accelerated growth at Walmart while driving topline growth, improving investment efficiency, and helping the organization reach its yearly financial targets.

Reporting into the Team Lead, this position will to manage all aspects of financial performance; monitor, track, and deliver on day-to-day omni-business responsibilities; deliver on sales objectives; and act as the secondary point of contact to the customer as well as internal Mars leadership.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years with customer/analytics/marketing/ experience
• Successful experience building collaborative relationships within immediate team and across key stakeholders
• Ability to understand complex data sources to develop and influence customer strategies

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Achieve business objectives through developing and maintaining customer relationship by aligning strategy for retailer growth across assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotion
• Leads direct and cross functional teams to identify opportunities and collaborate on solutions
• Owns and manages the development of the financial forecast to deliver annual company objectives
• Leverage complex data sources to influence internal and external stakeholder decisions.
