Domain Consultant - Telecom PM

Technical Skills

• Ability to analyze obstacles to customer requirements and propose/consider/persuade alternate solutions or methods of implementation.
• Validate service order information to ensure accuracy and continuity with product model. Ensures applicable revisions are within scope of project and do not impact customer commitment.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.

Project Management

• Single Point of Contact regarding all facets of service delivery.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all required equipment, boundary partners, and customer readiness is in place to ensure a successful service implementation.
• Ability to orientate and adapt to the client environment and to make the service delivery meet the business objectives.

Expected Contractor pay for this role ranges from [$50$] to [$55$]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
