Experienced Salesforce Solution Architect/Subject Matter Expert with at least 5 years of solution design/architect experience in Salesforce Cloud platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. In this role, the individual will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to develop robust, flexible, and scalable Salesforce solutions for various projects. Responsibilities also include designing prototypes and developing proof of concepts, and working closely with global resources for application development, integration support, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team of IT architects in the design and implementation of complex IT solutions on Salesforce platforms aligned with enterprise architecture that meet business needs and requirements.

Driving thought leadership on cross-domain functional and technical Salesforce integration topics with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Technical Architects.

Generating and approving Conceptual Design Document (CDD) for Salesforce projects and other cross-functional programs in collaboration with Technical Architects.

Conducting research and analysis to identify emerging technologies and trends that may impact the organization's Salesforce IT architecture.

Collaborating with Enterprise Architects on definition and evolution of Salesforce reference architecture, product standards, and tech stack standards.

Participating in the development and execution of Salesforce IT strategy and roadmap.

Identifying and addressing technical debt and other Salesforce architectural issues.

Reviewing and approving Salesforce technical designs and code.

Providing Salesforce technical guidance and mentorship to architects and developers.

Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Partnering with functional leadership to drive roadmaps and global design model

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in IT architecture, design, and development.

At least 5 years of experience architecting solutions on Salesforce platforms.

Prior Salesforce development and architecture experience

Experience working with Salesforce APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX.

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, including knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data migration, and integration methodologies.

We Value:

Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Engineering, or other IT/technical degree.

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect credentials are highly desirable.

Experience managing a team of architects and other technical professionals. Additional Information
