Day to day tasks:
Advise and lead the technical implementation of key strategic initiatives to deliver high value solutions or capabilities to business partners
Provide Application Architecture and Design consulting within a group of Agile crews as well as personally resolving complex/difficult technical challenges
Build core Foundational capabilities and libraries to accelerate .NET Core microservice development and abstract physical implementations (Kafka or Flowable for example) for the Home Lending Organization
Hands on experience with development languages and libraries such as Angular, .NET Core, etc. used within Home Lending
Work with the Home Lending Architecture team to ensure alignment on architectural direction & patterns being utilized within the crews
Identify opportunities for new capabilities or technologies in Home Lending, potentially for use across business areas
Code Reviews & Pull Request approvals

Core competencies:
Strong enterprise distributed application design & implementation experience
Containerized application & microservices experience
Well versed in Solution Architecture principles and capable of designing and implementing cloud ready, resilient, and scalable solutions and applications
Well versed in object oriented Application Architecture principles such as SOLID design
Well versed in various technologies such as databases (relational and NoSQL), message backbones, coding languages, frameworks, hosting platforms, etc.
Ability to take business requirements / vision and define high level technical approach / components
