Job Description:

About the Role:

The Dough Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining a steady flow of quality cookies that run through the dough machine, dough conveyor and dough cart and enter the oven for baking.

Specific Job Duties & Tasks:

• Maintaining a Steady Flow of Quality Cookies
• Dough Changeovers, Die Changes, Cart Cleaning & Belt Changes 
• Keeping area tidy
• Making Set-ups When Necessary 
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.

Important Details:

Starting Pay: $19.64 and after 6 months of employment rate increases to $20.14. Shift differential of $0.50.

This is a full-time permanent role on first shift, which operates 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with mandatory Saturday overtime. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limit to:

• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality
• Performing work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Company policies.

• Demonstrated experience following instructions and providing effective communication.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
