The Downhole Tool Specialist is primarily responsible for operating 12 hour towers in the field performing all duties required of a downhole specialist to achieve customer satisfaction on every job location at all tim

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate company vehicle on a daily basis transporting to and from jobs.
• Ensure proper delivery of equipment.
• Pull proper tools needed for each job and determining need and use of equipment on job site.
• Operate downhole tools from start to finish on a job,
• Create and organize proper paperwork including tickets for jobs.
• Submit proper paperwork upon completion of each job in a timely manner.
• Transport dirty tools and motors to designated areas following job completion.
• Assist in job action planning with customer on job site.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Maintain open line of communication with main office managerial personnel during and after job completion.
• Work effectively with other field hands to ensure quality operations at all times.
• Perform various other duties, as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years' experience in downhole tools/ Downhole fishing experience REQUIRED
• General understanding of fishing tool services
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer/laptop skills
• Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have current, valid driver's license and acceptable record at all times.
• Ability to work and drive in all weather conditions.
• Thorough understanding of all company safety, environmental, and practices
• Ability to think quickly in emergency type of situations on job site.
