Drain Cleaner Location:927 w 49th place Chicago Il 60609 Company:All City Environmental Pay:$20 per hour (negotiable based on experience) Schedule:Full-time 7am to 3pm M-F | Overtime Available | On-Call Rotation About the Role: All City Environmental is hiringDrain Cleanersto provide high-quality drain cleaning services to our customers. This hands-on role uses tools like hydro jetters, mechanical drain cleaners, and video inspection equipment to clear and maintain drain lines, ensuring safety, professionalism, and top-tier service. What You’ll Do: • Diagnose and resolve diverse drain issues using camera/video inspection tools • Perform hydro jetting and mechanical cleaning for preventative maintenance or clog removal • Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle • Document all work accurately and completely using a tablet • Deliver 5-star service to customers with a professional and courteous demeanor • Comply with DOT regulations, safety protocols, and customer site requirements • Communicate effectively with team and management to address problems and propose solutions • Complete and submit daily paperwork and maintain proper logs • Participate in on-call rotation as needed • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Must be21 years or older • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • DOT Medical Card(or willingness to obtain) • Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel when needed • Strong customer service and communication skills • Basic computer proficiency (tablet use required) • Stable, verifiable work history • Experience with documentation, logging, and compliance • Safety-first mindset and professional appearance Physical & Work Environment: • Frequent driving in urban traffic • Exposure to noise, vibration, and varied weather conditions • Physically demanding; includes lifting, bending, standing, and manual labor • Work involves 24-hour operation support and schedule flexibility Why Join Us? • Be part of a respected and growing environmental services team • Opportunities for overtime and advancement • Get home daily with a consistent schedule • Make an impact by helping customers resolve real-world plumbing issues Ready to take the next step in your career?
