Now, we’re growing and looking for a skilledDrain Technicianto join our hive.What You’ll Do As aDrain Technician, you’ll be the expert on all thing's drainage, tackling problems forresidential and light commercial customers. You’ll: • Diagnose & Resolve: Identify and solve drain issues with precision • Operate Equipment: Use snakes, hydro-jetter, sewer cameras, and more • Educate Customers: Clearly explain the issue, provide repair/replacement options • Upsell Services: Offer solutions and preventative maintenance plans • Maintain Equipment: Keep your tools, truck, and gear in top condition What We’re Looking For We want a motivated team player who’s ready to jump in and grow with us. Experience: • 2+ years of drain cleaning or plumbing experience • Hydro-jetting experience is ahuge plus Skills: • Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills • Confident with service-based sales • Excellent communication & customer service Requirements: • Valid driver's license with clean driving record • Able to pass background check & drug screen • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in tight spaces or outdoor environments • ServiceTitan experience is a bonus, not required Why Join Bumble Bee Plumbing?
