They go in, diagnose the customer’s issue, and help them get up and running again, whether it’s drain cleaning or preventative maintenance. Drain Technician Role | WHAT WE DO • Inspect drain and sewer lines • Clear drain/sewer lines that are clogged • Provide exceptional customer service at all times • Perform preventative maintenanceDrain Technician Requirements | WHAT YOU BRING • Experience working on drains is required.
