Drill Rig Operators & Helpers (General Laborers)

We are looking for drill operators and helpers to install Geothermal Loop fields. We provide training which starts at $18/hour for training. Helpers & Drillers make $20-35/hour after training is complete based on experience & compit. Job includes moving & set up of drill and then drilling multiple 50-60ft deep holes into the ground to insert plastic pipes that will supply water to the heating/cooling system. General laborers with desire to learn are welcome to apply. Requirements: -Must be able to lift 50 lbs and will be moving heavy equipment & supplies -Have own transportation to get to job sites in Chicago area -Reliable, show up on time, and professional demeanor Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching Work Location: In person
