Driver / Tree Service Groundsman

As the Northwest’s Largest Tree Preservation Service, our professional Tree & Shrub production crews take pride in performing quality trimming, pruning, and removal services year-round in the Seattle area. Training is provided, however, those who have prior experience with trees, landscape, or heavy labor are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities and Skills *Contain the endurance to perform job duties throughout a standard 8-hour day, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds regularly *Use machineries such as a chainsaw and woodchipper *Able to work well in all weather conditions and tolerate excessive noise from machines, chainsaws, and woodchippers with the use of hearing protection. *Possess excellent internal and external customer service skills *Ensure clients’ needs are met in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion by demonstrating courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism. *Operate promptly such as arriving to work on time and completing all tasks within time expectations *Adhere to company policy such as dress code, inclement weather policy, and time-off reporting procedures Compensation & Benefits *Bi-weekly pay period (every other Monday) via direct deposit. *Day Rate : $190-$205/day (Rate offered DOE and Company Driver Approval) *Anytime the Crew works over 4 hours, you are paid the full day rate.
