ASRC Federal Field Services is seeking aDriving Rangemasterin Charleston, SC.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance of Driving ranges such as sweeping dirt and debris, collecting trash, and reporting damage to the Range Operations Manager
- Setting up vehicles, cones and tents for classes as well as tear down after classes are complete
- Setting up and monitoring water coolers throughout the training day and refreshing them with new ice and water as needed. Clean water coolers at the end of each training day.
- General vehicle maintenance to include (but not limited): daily checks, refueling, cleaning vehicles, tire pressure, tire changes and keeping logs as appropriate.
- Delivering vehicles to staff members
- Towing disabled vehicles to offsite garage as needed
- Assure keys are ready for pick-up/delivery for instructor each day and accounted for each morning/evening.
- Issuing vehicles, equipment, and maintaining a key log/signature log
- Tracking fuel use, levels, costs, receipts and mileage of government and company vehicles. Reporting as needed.
- Monitor SASS and radio traffic throughout the day to check for needs and class schedule changes and make changes accordingly.
- Maintain an accurate inventory for both government and company supplies
- Deliver box lunches to classes as needed.
- General cleaning/disinfecting of all items issued to users for each training cycle. Maintaining logs and sign out sheets as needed.
- Ensure all work areas are secured (including fuel tanks), clean and organized-tools, cleaning equipment, supplies, tires, etc.
- Keep all radios charged and conditioned and in proper working order
- Utilizing Windows Word and Excel to create rosters, spreadsheets, and various forms as required and maintain an organized filing system
- Report all safety or other issues to the Range Operations Manager
- Additional duties as required
Requirements
- Must possess at minimum avalid SC Drivers License.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with motor pool operations and/or vehicle maintenance and knowledge of running a supply system.
- Must possess computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to lift 45lbs or more.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends if required to meet training needs. (Extremely rare)
- Must be able to interact with the customer staff and students in apolite and professional level.
- Must represent the Company with aprofessional attitude and adhere to company dress code.
- Must have the ability to look at training schedules and plan ahead, ensuring training resources are in place at least 24 hours in advance.
- High School Diploma / (GED)
