We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Drop Resolutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving concerns raised by customers and homeowners related to the "drop process." The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to resolving landscaping and irrigation issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Field and respond to customer and homeowner concerns arising from the drop process.

Communicate effectively to gather information and understand the nature of the concerns.
-
Perform landscaping repairs, including planting or transplanting flowers, and repairing or replacing weed-barriers, rock-beds, and flowerbeds.

Ensure that landscaping repairs meet quality standards and are aesthetically pleasing.

Identify issues with sprinkler systems and carry out necessary repairs.

Identify, troubleshoot, and repair underground guide fences used by automatic lawnmowers.

Ensure proper functioning of underground pet boundary fences and address any related issues.

Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective measures and prevent future issues.

Work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of concerns.
EDUCATION:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
-
Previous experience in landscaping and irrigation system maintenance is preferred.
-
Knowledge of plant species, soil types, and landscaping materials is preferred.
-
Familiarity with automatic lawn-mower systems and underground pet boundary fences is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in troubleshooting situations.

Raise objects up to 50 lbs

Remain upright on feet for extended periods

Ability to operate hand tools and equipment

Possess/maintain a valid driver's license
