We are seeking a Drug Diversion Analyst Associate to join our team.
Job Summary
The Imprivata Drug Diversion Analyst Associate is responsible for contributing to the ongoing monitoring work and long-term success of our customers' drug diversion programs, using the Imprivata FairWarning drug diversion intelligence solution. This team member designs and executes audits and proactive monitoring strategies to monitor for discrepant use of controlled medications, maintains records and educates customers on requirements and best practices. Additionally, individuals in this role must be able to successfully analyze alert data, leverage critical thinking and decision making to ensure attention is focused on remarkable findings in the data, support internal team members in managing their workload across multiple customer accounts including the documentation of potential incidents or investigations, and be responsive to customer needs relating to them.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the two-week Drug Diversion Analyst Associate training program, including all LMS modules and knowledge tests
- Review and analyze customer alerts to identify suspicious activity with a sustained high degree of accuracy and volume productivity
- Document initial drafts of investigations for potential incidents found during analysis of alerts
- Ensure FairWarning application of the customer is current and able to meet contractual DDM obligations and monitor on a daily basis
- Contribute productively on multiple concurrent customer accounts, and in partnership with multiple internal team members, as well as customer stakeholders when necessary and as directed by internal Analysts (the main customer account managers)
- Contribute to the creation & maintenance of project and process related 'best practice' methodologies, training and documentation.
- Assist with maintaining a repository of related documentation pertaining to the customer's Imprivata enterprise.
- Assist responses to certain support requests and troubleshooting efforts as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Success Measures:
- Minimum of 4 DDM customers or 35,000 employees monitored following training completion
- 100% adherence to contractual SLAs
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of Associates or Bachelors degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Criminal Justice, or related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as leadership, organizational and time management, presentation, and independent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and positive customer service attitude
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflow a plus
- Knowledge of CSA and ASHP Guidelines
- Experience with data analytics
- Prior experience with Imprivata solutions or relevant healthcare information technology a plus
- Prior experience serving healthcare customers a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office
Working Conditions:

Physical Requirements:
- This role is regularly required to walk, climb stairs, sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
