As a Drupal Solutions Architect at Adcetera, you will be responsible for scoping and implementing robust and scalable web solutions using Drupal. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality web applications and ensure that our digital offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop innovative web solutions using Drupal, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Lead the technical planning and requirements gathering phases, including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect, and deliver complex web applications.

- Serve as a go-to expert for Drupal-related queries, providing timely and accurate technical guidance to both account service teams and clients.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and priorities without compromising quality.

- Proven track record in managing project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and successful project completions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in Drupal best practices.

- Demonstrated experience in strategically aligning team goals with company objectives to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution, while fostering a culture of productivity and goal-oriented focus.

- Expertise in delivering impactful capability presentations, highlighting the strengths of Drupal solutions, and playing a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's Drupal practices through innovation and best practices.

- Proven ability in aiding program managers and account executives in accurately determining Levels of Effort (LOEs) for projects, ensuring realistic timelines and resource allocations for successful project delivery.

- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align solutions with business and technical requirements.

- Review and optimize existing Drupal implementations and suggest improvements.

- Stay abreast of new Drupal features and functionalities and incorporate them into future projects.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.

- Mentor and train team members in Drupal development and architecture.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.

- 5+ years of professional experience in Drupal development, including custom module development, key contributed modules, and core API.

- Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, best practices, and coding standards.

- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related technologies.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.
