The ideal candidate will have experience inCommercial Drywall metal studestimating, As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications and preparing accurate estimates for commercial drywall construction projects. **Duties:** - Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work - Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids - Utilize softwareQuick Bid OSTto create accurate estimates - Review and compare subcontractor and supplier bids - Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits - Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize project costs **Skills:** - Proficiency in construction estimating and project management - Strong knowledge of construction site processes and procedures - Experience withQuick Bid OST!! - Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills - Strong communication and negotiation abilities - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy If you are a dedicated professional that is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty with a passion forcommercial drywall metal studestimating and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
