Drywaller / Painter / Trim Carpenter/Assistant to Foreman

ARC Services, Inc. is a fast-paced restoration and construction company based in Las Vegas, and we're looking to add a skilledDrywaller / Painter / Trim Carpenter / Assistant to the Foremanto our growing team. We’re seeking a motivated self-starter who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in quality workmanship. You must be able to communicate clearly, solve problems on the fly, and deliver excellent customer service while thriving in a fast moving environment. Key Responsibilities • Perform drywall, painting, and trim work to ARC Services’ quality standards • Support the Foreman and project team with daily tasks and timelines • Communicate clearly with the Foreman regarding project status, issues, and timelines • Use materials and resources efficiently • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments • Work independently with minimal supervision • Assist in final customer walk-throughs and complete touch-up tasks • Collect and complete all required job paperwork Required Experience & Skills • Minimum 5 yearsof hands-on experience in: • Drywall installation and patching • Texture matching (Orange Peel, Knock Down, Skip Trowel) • Ceiling texture (Acoustic / Popcorn) • Door installation (Pre-hung units) • Baseboard installation (seamless finish) • Painting (full areas, touch-ups, color matching) • Caulking and grout touch-ups • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Proficient with smartphones and job tracking apps • Strong customer service mindset • Able to follow direction but also work independently Requirements • Must have your own tools to perform the required work • Must have reliable transportation and be able to pick up materials if needed • Valid driver’s license • Must pass background check and drug screening (no prior felonies) • Willing to learn, grow, and adapt with our team If you're looking for a solid opportunity with a respected company in the restoration industry and meet the above criteria, we’d love to hear from you.
