You will support the VP, DSD Operations and the US CS&L Direct Store Distribution (DSD) network, comprising of approximately 2,000+ employees. Your focus will include:
- IL6S - Program audit/evaluation
- National Event Planning/Coordination
- National Calendar Management
- Finance/Budget Adherence
- Expense Reporting
- Critical National Projects
- Cadence Management (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly meetings, notes and action plans)
You r primary stakeholders include, but are not limited to : VP DSD Operations, DSD COE leadership & Regional Logistics Directors .
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationship with those you support .
- Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes .
- Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required .
- Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy .
- Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data .
- Support and/or lead national projects and tasks as requested .
- Il6S - idsd Site evaluations/mentorship
- National Uniform Program
- National Rewards & Recognition
What you will bring

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude, very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork and able to anticipate needs and respond accordingly
What extra ingredients you will bring:
2+ years' experience leading and/or supporting Logistics .
Education / Certifications:
High School Diploma
Job specific requirements:
- 2+ years' experience providing logistical support to business leader(s).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and/or support in executing projects that have regional/national scale.
Travel requirements:
Less than 30%
Work schedule:
This is a hybrid role with a normal work schedule. Individual c an work remotely, but ideal to be located near a large l ogistics branch and/or major airport hub.
