Your Role

• Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end execution of email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and deployment.
• Maintain and optimize our customer and lead databases to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for maximum engagement and conversion.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email and WhatsApp marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifiers

• 3- 8 years of experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and WhatsApp business tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
