We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will join our Project Management team and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to build high quality project management plan and strategies. This role requires deep understanding of project management and soft skills that will bring the different project teams to delivered high impact projects to our company. This role is a HYBRID position either located in United States or Canada.

This role requires strong problem-solving and adaptability to changes in work direction as the project evolves, excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills.

Reporting to the manager of the Project Office, you manage complex and/or major technology project activities. Your leadership and your ability to influence allow you to mobilize the project team towards the achievement of objectives. In addition to having a solid experience in project management, you promote continuous improvement and the integration of new practices in the application of the project management methodology framework.

Your challenges:

• Defining the strategic orientations of the major projects under your responsibility.
• Provide end-to-end leadership, overall direction and integrated management of all aspects of assigned projects, from the creation of business cases, the requirements collection to the deployment of solutions.
• Promote collaboration and effective coordination among the multiple and diverse stakeholders (business and DT) of the project. Encourage teamwork and transparency.
• Effectively ensure the resolution of major's issues as well as good risk management.
• Provide constant and stable leadership facing uncertainty, changes and deadlines.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the project strategy.
• Continually ensure that scope is aligned with project objectives.
• Ensure the project methodology framework is followed.
• Continuously review schedule delays, budget to facilitate issues resolution.
• Prepare and present project reports for senior management.
• Effectively manage the human resources under your responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Us citizenship or Canadian Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrate a very good capacity of influence and decision-making.
• Possess diverse team mobilization skills.
• Bilingualism (French and English).
• PMI PMP certification preferred, but not required.
• PMI PgMP certification preferred, but not required.
• ScrumMaster with desired experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the analysis and financial monitoring of projects.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning.
• Experience in the realization of major and complex projects, in a large-scale organization.
