As a Delaware Trust Company Strategist within PNC's Asset Management organization, you will be based in anywhere within PNC's footprint.
This role is focused on supporting new opportunities for the Delaware Trust Company (DTC) and developing external relationships with COIs utilizing the Delaware situs for their high-net-worth clients.
In this capacity, the DTC Strategist will work with the Head of DTC and the Fiduciary Managing Director of DTC in executing on strategies to increase internal knowledge of DTC, and external presence in key markets.
In this role, the Strategist may perform the following:
Ø Work with regional teams to provide subject matter expertise on utilizing Delaware trusts
Ø Assist in developing prospect and client presentations
Ø Attend meetings and Teams calls with COIs and prospects as requested by regional leaders
Ø Collaborate with the DTC team on conferences and events where PNC has a presence
Ø Develop strong internal and external relationships within key markets
While all markets may utilize DTC, key markets in which the Strategist will be focused include greater PA, the Northeast, the Southeast, and Delaware.
This individual should have a clear knowledge of the Delaware advantage, including basic legal and tax strategies typically employed by COIs and their clients.
This individually is not required to be located in any particular region, but there is a strong preference to a location within the key markets for ease of occasional travel.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Job Description
- Indirectly leads cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
