Dual Rate Lead - Hard Rock Tulsa

Job Description

SUMMARY

Oversee dealer rotation for either Table Games or Poker. Provide supervision to Dealers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

• Directs and supervises the work of the Dealers.
• Provides input on staffing, performance appraisals, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Implements dealer rotation.
• Ensures integrity of the game. Reports any irregularities.
• Reports any irregular play.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures and reports any safety hazards.
• Maintains inspection of decks, ensuring the security of the games at all times.
• Maintains knowledge of dealer procedures and ensures they are being adhered to
• Maintains required paperwork for CTR and MTL.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

Leads and/or guides the work of other employees.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 years of related work experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to maintain close working relationship with co-workers and management.
• Ability to lead and guide other employees.
• Must be able to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service at all times.
• Must be able to obtain a Cherokee Nation Gaming License and/or OHRC License.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work involves moderate exposure to smoke, extreme temperatures, dirt, chemicals, dust, and fumes. Requires minimal physical exertion during the performance of majority of the duties. Most work is performed while standing or sitting with an occasional need to walk, recline, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle. Must be able to lift and carry 10lbs.
