We are currently seeking a Due Diligence Specialist II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Due Diligence Specialist II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the assessment and evaluation of potential partnerships, acquisitions, and collaborations to advance the design and execution of clinical trials, interpretation of complex medical data, and development of inNvative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

• Assisting in due diligence efforts for potential partnerships, acquisitions, and collaborations by conducting thorough assessments of target companies, techNlogies, and assets.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial, commercial, and scientific data to inform decision-making processes.

• Supporting the development of recommendations and strategies based on due diligence findings and insights.

• Assisting in managing due diligence timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of assessments.

• Communicating effectively with team members and key stakeholders to provide updates on due diligence progress and findings.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, finance, or a related field.

• Prior experience in due diligence, business development, or related fields within the pharmaceutical, biotechNlogy, or healthcare industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex information from multiple sources.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
