Dump Truck Driver

Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating dump trucks and other heavy machinery, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This role involves transporting materials to and from construction sites, ensuring that all loads are handled properly and delivered on time. A commitment to maintaining equipment and adhering to safety regulations is essential. Duties • Operate dump trucks, Roll Offs, bonus is A license for trailer • Safely transport materials such as gravel, sand, dirt, and construction debris to designated locations. • Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. • Maintain accurate logs of hours worked and materials transported. • Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate loading and unloading processes. • Assist in basic mechanical maintenance of vehicles as needed. • Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. • Participate in training sessions for new equipment or safety procedures as required. Qualifications • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. • Experience operating dump trucks; familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is a plus. • Knowledge of loader operation, bulldozing, digging, and building processes. • Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues. • Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. • Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
