Duo Security - Regional Strategic Partner Manager - South

We are seeking a Regional Partner Manager that will be responsible for driving accelerated Duo growth for our top partners in the Southeastern United States and Latin America region. This role requires strong partnering with the South Commercial and Enterprise field sales force as well as the Latin America sales team. This person must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically driving pipeline generating initiatives, managing a partner pipeline, exceeding quota, creating and delivering intriguing, high-impact partner enablement.
Role Requirements
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment while scaling with Cisco
• Excellent communication and highly developed social skills with strong ability to work in collaboration across the organization
• Consistent track record of creating shared vision and executing a strategy across all levels at channel partners
• Self-directed, self-reliant, consistent quota overachiever
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
• Creative thinking and risk taking
• Strong knowledge of the Cybersecurity industry
• Bachelor equivalent or equivalent work experience mandatory
• 10+ years of successful Business Development, Alliance, and/or Partner Sales experience within an Enterprise Software Company
• 5+ years of experience in the SaaS security market highly preferred
• English and Spanish language fluency highly preferred
• Approximately 40% of travel time required
Role Responsibilities
• Deliver better than market growth with the Duo Strategic Partners
• Work cross functionally across the partner team, sales team, sales operations, and other Cisco Security Sales functions.
• Deliver Zero Trust thought leadership to key stakeholders at Duo Strategic Partners and Cisco
• Build and evangelize the Duo Partner strategy across Duo, Cisco and our Partners
• Own and deliver a sales forecast and quota overachievement in a highly matrixed organization
