Cross Border talents is looking for Dutch Customer Support

Language Skills: Dutch Native + English (B2)

Contract Signature: March 27, 2024

Recruitment Needs: 7 positions

Location of the Offices: Oriente - Lisbon

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Days Off: Weekends

Compensation:

• Attractive base salary

• Performance Bonus: 100 per 12 months

• Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 per day

• Transport Allowance: 20 per month

• Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)

• Relocation Package: Reimbursement of Airfare on the 6th month of Contract up to 400 in Economy class

• Apartment Room with rent of 280 for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)

Profile - Nice to have: Previous experience in Customer Support (preferable)

Type of Contract: CDI - after 3 months trial period

Tasks:

• Answer and handle cases and errands from our main queues: phone, chat, and email.

• Handle questions from customers.

• Handle complaints.
