DV Test Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Design Validation and Testing Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This role involves creating and executing test plans, analyzing test data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate product designs.

• Develop and execute comprehensive component and system level test plans for electronics modules and finished products.
• Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters/DC power supply, electronic loads, and environmental chambers to perform tests, create detailed test reports and documentation.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and ensure a safe testing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements, validation, and failure analyses.
• Mentor and work with junior engineers and technicians
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential design improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering,
• 5+ years of experience in design validation and testing, preferably in Automotive/EV/Charging management Industry.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and equipment.
• Experience with environmental testing (temperature, humidity, vibration, EMI/EMC).
• Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzer multimeters, Environmental chamber, AC/DC power supply and electronic loads.
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO-16750, IEC, UL standards)
