We are seeking a highly skilled QLIK Developer to design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications and dashboards, ensuring the delivery of actionable insights and effective business intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand data requirements, deliver high-quality visualizations, and ensure seamless integration of data-driven insights into decision-making processes.

What you’ll do:

• You will design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and visualizations to support business intelligence initiatives.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.

• You will ensure optimal performance of Qlik Sense applications, including troubleshooting and optimizing existing reports and dashboards.

• You will perform data modeling and work with large datasets to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

• You will ensure proper documentation and maintenance of developed applications and processes.

Who you are :

• You have a minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in Qlik Sense development, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality BI solutions.

• You have strong experience in data modeling, report/dashboard creation, and performance optimization within Qlik Sense.

• You are proficient in Qlik Sense, including a deep understanding of Qlik data modeling and scripting.

• You have a strong command of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• You have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.

• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); fluency in Italian is a plus.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

• You have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred but not required).

Preferably, you also have:

• You have experience with other business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos (advantageous).

• You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have experience working in an Agile development environment.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
