Dy Manager - MV & LV Panels Testing

• Conducting Inspection & Testing of Low voltage and medium voltage switchgear
• Responsible for handling Customer inspection and Third-party inspections
• Experience in programming of numerical relays,
• Knowledge on CTs, VTs and other measuring instruments
• Thorough understanding of schematic Drawings
• Knowledge on technical specification like IS, IEC etc.
• Ability to operate various test and measuring equipment
• Troubleshooting and resolving the electrical and mechanical issues
• Preparation of Inspection Plans, Manufacturing Quality Plans
• Responsible for release of the product after the clearance of customer hold points if any.
• Monitoring the design changes and sending the feedback to the concerned authorities
• Coordinating with external agencies for calibration
• Maintaining the documents as per IMS requirements
• Handling of Non- Conformities

• Assisting in Site complaint analysis & CAPA

• Implementation of Quality Systems at supplier Premises
• Involving in the development of Vacuum Switchgear
• Written / Oral Communication capability in English ( Internally & Externally)

Qualifications

Education :

Basic - Diploma / BE (Electrical Engineering)

Desirable - Qualification in management

Job Related Experience:

Min 3 Years' experience in Inspection & Testing of LV and MV Panels and Circuit Breakers

Business Understanding :

Understanding of Business and manufacturing operations in Electrical industry

Others:

Ability to read, write and speak in English / Hindi

Ability to speak the local language
