Position Summary
The Dynamic Guidance System Program Manager analyzes, plans and implements process improvement needs. Evaluates and models existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional projects. Identifies improvement options. Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause problems. Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls. Identifies and manages resources, including cross-functional members, to successfully execute projects. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Deploys plans from conception through to close. Delivers presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control courses.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the overall Leader of the project team and exhibit excellent leadership skills in forming a team, ensuring strong communication channels, giving clarity, motivation, and direction to the team throughout the engagement
- Build and lead project plans; supervise and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
- Supervise utilization of project resources in alignment with resource allocation and budget.
- Able to lead one or two large projects or a couple of small to medium sized interrelated projects requiring complex cross-functional teamwork and management at the program level
- Facilitate requirements gathering, crafting project deliverables, and documentation as needed
- Support problem solving and risk mitigation activities to remove project and deployment roadblocks
- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, risk & issue management, communication and business organizational change
- Lead roll out planning, roll out execution, and post roll out hyper-care activities
- Collaborate with other team members managing other project streams to ensure consistent timeline, communication, and escalation management is followed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology OR equivalent experience in a related field
- Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology OR equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years in a Program Management role
- Experience with projects focused on implementing business software or enhancements to existing software packages
- Ability to balance the business and technical requirements to produce a project plan and collaborate to acquire the information, such as estimates, as input to the project plan
- Demonstrated project management skills, with direct responsibility for running project teams, budget and schedule
- Demonstrated ability to have difficult conversations
- Proven history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment
- Project Management Methodology Certification such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum
- Manage and connect with remote team members
- Experience with manufacturing business process expertise
