Job Description

As a D365 CE Functional Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects within the Public Sector Practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/D365 system.
• Advise customers on best practices for development or integration processes.
• Assist with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing.
• Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching.
• Participate in go-live stages of projects.
• Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

We're seeking a passionate team player with the following experience:

• Experience with Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverses and legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems such as, CRM2011, CRM2013, CRM2015, CRM2016, CRMOnline
• Excellent customer facing and stakeholder management;
• Experience delivering within the Public Sector - Desirable
• Creating documentation.
• Design and delivery functional elements, e.g. customise and configure without code
• Design and validation of technical elements, e.g. extending with code
• Testing and validation of solutions
• Experience within the Public Sector would be beneficial 
• SC clearance is desirable not essential.
