Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect

Avanade Inc. seeks Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architects in Minneapolis, MN to work as thought leaders and solution architects on large-scale, complex implementations.

What you'll do:

Duties include:

• Working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.

• Leading and reviewing your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test.)

• Directing efforts to define technical, operational, and user requirements; liaising effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues

• Researching customer issues that may be nonstandard in order to offer solutions

• Designing conceptual architecture and technical solutions and ensuring project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan

• Owning partnership with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and solution delivery

• Ensuring off-shore resources are utilized and leveraged appropriately; performing sales activities and planning as required and leading continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivity.

Skills and experiences:

A qualified applicant's experience must include:

• 8 years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application code for Sales and Customer Service functionality.

• 8 years of experience developing client-based and/or web-based software solutions

• 8 years of experience performing application development, complex code development, application testing, and component design

• 8 years of experience working in Software-as-a Service (SaaS) environments utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, and/or Microsoft .NET

• 4 years of experience using Azure; 4 years of experience in Data Migration using Microsoft SSIS and/or Azure Integration Services

• Plus at least ten (10) years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect, or in a similar role in the IT industry.

About you:

• Must live w/in reasonable commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN

• Periodic travel to client sites is expected.

• The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Business Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

• Microsoft Certified professional in at least 2 certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform.
