Dynamics Architect

Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Dynamics Architect. In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that benefit our country.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module, including case management, omnichannel communication, and knowledge management. This role requires proficiency in using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for advanced analytics and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module.
• Develop and implement advanced business process flows within Dynamics 365.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for task automation, custom application development, and data visualization.
• Integrate Microsoft Azure services for data security, compliance, AI, and scalability.
• Set up and manage a multi-developer DevOps environment, including version control, continuous integration, automated testing, and release management.
• Develop custom API wrappers for integrating unrelated data sources.
• Design data import processes for system initialization and future data imports.
• Ensure compliance with role-based security, data auditing, and CJIS policies.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module.
• Skills in using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure for data security, compliance, AI, and scalability.
• Knowledge of setting up a multi-developer DevOps environment.
• Ability to develop custom API wrappers.
• Expertise in customizing and developing advanced business process flows within Dynamics 365.
• Skills in designing data import processes.
• Understanding of role-based security, data auditing, and compliance with CJIS policies.
• Proficiency in software development, including languages like JavaScript.
• Skills in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
• Experience in project management, strategic planning, and business development.
• Ability to manage stakeholder interactions and facilitate successful project implementation.
