It is a very exciting time of growth for our Customer Excellence Business Solutions team and we are currently looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect.  Candidates should have experience in solution development and functional analysis into large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture with a hands-on approach in designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, working with both onshore and offshore development teams.  This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States, however we would prefer Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Phoenix, San Antonio or Tampa. 

What will I be doing?

• The Solution Architect will work with customers leading the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Be a champion/SME (Subject Matter Expert) for both technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology
• Possess strong understanding of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform stack and staying relevant with new features
• Create gap analysis between standard functionality and customer requirements
• Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, or workarounds to meet customer requirements. Ensure customizations meet customer requirements
• Working with Project Management team, identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate with customers as necessary.
• Ensure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally.

What's required?

• In-depth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Marketing/ Customers Insights and Field Services
• Strong implementation experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA etc.)
• Experience working with offshore development teams
• 7+ years of proven experience in implementing End-To-End Large scale solutions involving Dynamics CE(CRM) in various industries
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, ability to influence and ease decision making for customers
• Experience and ability to work with distributed teams and deliver quality solutions
